Overview

This proposal-driven project required a rapid turnaround to generate compelling visuals for a potential campus design. The focus was on analyzing feasibility, applying local building codes, and creating high-quality imagery that communicated the concept clearly to stakeholders within a tight deadline.

My Role & Contributions

• Design Development: Assisted with conceptual design and massing studies, analyzing local building codes to ensure feasibility.

• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Created massing models in Rhino and developed renderings that translated early concepts into persuasive visuals.

• AI Integration: Leveraged Pulze Dream Project and Runway AI to accelerate concept generation, create variations, and produce an animated video of the campus.

• Post-Production: Enhanced imagery through Photoshop to maximize clarity and visual impact.

• Software Used: Rhino, Pulze Dream Project (AI), Runway AI, Photoshop.
